i stayed for several nights and found several positive aspects. The beach access was direct, convenient. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, suiting many different tastes. The staff were always helpful and eager to assist with any requests. i also took advantage of the spa, a great massage i had, the hotel staff are good people.

The staff provided prompt and courteous assistance throughout my stay. Every interaction was handled efficiently and with a smile. I really appreciated their help. i think the reception staff did an awesome job.

The hotel offers multiple outdoor pools for relaxation and recreation. The gym has modern equipment for various workouts. There are also direct walkway from the room directly to the beach, and the whole staff is very friendly and cute.

My room included a king bed. It was very relaxing. The resort has a convenient walking path that runs for kilometers along the beach. The resort's contemporary design and excellent facilities were also notable. The spa was great, especially the hammam.
The breakfast service had some issues. The coffee machines required a 30-minute wait sometimes.

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic range of fresh options. The staff displayed excellent politeness and were very helpful. The location provided easy access to walking paths and beautiful sunset views. The kids club featured polite staff plus a diverse selection of toys.

the breakfast options were acceptable with a good selection.
The room was not cleaned until late afternoon despite being empty since morning, so planning the day was difficult. the bedsheets had small hairs on them. It seems they were washed in big batches (fresh but well used, obviously). i found two cockroaches in the shower one evening, quite unsettling.

the setting was near the sea. it was calm and with large spaces outdoors for hangout. bedrooms had comfy beds and beautiful views. i found the staff relaxed and friendly. the breakfast offered plenty options and were good. the staff looked underressourced during the holiday.
